Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in Leominster, MA. This full-time night shift role involves 32 hours per week, holidays every other, and weekend coverage as needed. The RN demonstrates nursing process, patient advocacy, and collaborative care across units.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with 2–3 years of nursing experience; Massachusetts RN license required. A signing bonus may be available and determined during interview processes.

Qualifications

• Uses nursing process to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains unit documentation and SBAR communications.
• Works collaboratively with disciplines to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and coordinate patient care per nursing standards.
• Act as charge nurse when requested by management.
• Participate in performance improvement and staff meetings.
