Job summary

Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Float Pool. This opportunity features night shifts (12 hours) and is part-time at 0.90 FTE (72 hours biweekly) with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

The Staff Nurse delivers professional nursing care, coordinates information among patient, family and care teams, and supports education of patients and staff in alignment with MN Board of Nursing standards and St. Luke's policies.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care as part of the Nurse Float Pool across units.
• Plan, delegate to, and coordinate nursing care with the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff; educate patients and families.
