Responsibilities

• Oversee acute patient care resource allocation, unit operations, and patient flow to promote safety and satisfaction.
• Model organizational service standards, mission, vision, and values.
• Help team understand how daily work contributes to ThedaCare strategy.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure service availability and safe patient care.
• Participate in committees and leadership meetings to drive strategic planning and improvements.
• Communicate practice alerts and educational opportunities during rounds and bed huddles.
