ThedaCare is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to provide 24/7 oversight of day-to-day department operations, driving strategy, policy, and action planning to improve efficiency and patient-centered care across the continuum at ThedaCare Medical Center - Waupaca.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, 5 years in healthcare, 3 years of leadership, and a Wisconsin RN license with BLS. Full-time, days with competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree in nursing
• Five years of progressive responsibility in a healthcare setting
• Three years of leadership experience to include leading teams and/or projects
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages team members in a manner consistent with ThedaCare policies and values.
• Ensures recruitment and retention of competent team members to meet department needs.
• Accountable for daily activities and work processes that result in quality outcomes.
• Oversees and ensures accuracy of time and attendance and payroll practices.
• Develops collaborative relationships with care team and departments.
• Coordinates professional nurse participation in decisions regarding patient care delivery and environment.
