Job summary

Life Care Center of Pueblo in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shift to deliver high-quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess patients, adjust care plans, and supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure optimal patient well-being.

The facility supports professional growth and patient-centered care. Requirements include an RN license, a nursing diploma, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and provide services to attain or maintain well-being.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
