Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Missouri seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift to lead during overnight operations. You will supervise a night team, ensure accurate documentation, and administer medications under physician orders.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical judgment, and compassionate senior care, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for growth, bonuses, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs.
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts.
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility policies.

What You’ll Need
