Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Missouri seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the night shift. This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on senior care.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and excels in leadership, clinical judgment, and compassionate care for residents in memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus.
• Clinical judgment and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs.
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Communicate significant changes in resident status to providers and incoming shifts.
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and facility policies.

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
