Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead the Night Shift. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, monitor resident care, and ensure accurate documentation as part of a compassionate, senior-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff (CNAs and LPNs)
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and follow physician orders
• Communicate changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges and care transitions
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and facility policies

What You’ll Need
