Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking a rockstar RN to lead the day shift (7AM–7PM). You will supervise clinical staff, administer meds, and coordinate resident care with physicians and families.

• Active Missouri RN license
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one
• Positive attitude with solid clinical skills
• Long-term care experience is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence
• Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts
• Communicate with doctors, families, and the team
• Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and shift reports
• Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff
