Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking an experienced RN to lead the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, monitor care, oversee documentation, and administer medications while maintaining the highest standards of resident safety and comfort.

Requirements include an active MO RN license, current BLS/CPR, and experience in long-term or memory care. Leadership skills and excellent communication are a must; a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered along

Qualifications

• Active MO RN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgement and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff (CNAs/LPNs).
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers.
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and facility policies.
