Sunset Health Care Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating care plans, and accurately implementing physician orders in a resident-focused setting.
The position offers a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with differential pay, a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time candidates, and a starting pay of $35/hour plus experience.

Nights 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM with Shift Differential!
$15,000 sign-on bonus forfull-time qualifying candidate! Sign-on bonus is paid out over the course of 12 payments, which occur monthly.
Starting pay rate is $35 / hour plus we pay for experience!
Night Shift Differential Pay is an additional $2.00 / hour!

Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
Administers medications
Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
Documents that treatment as required
Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
Other duties as assigned
Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
One year of nursing experience is preferred
Valid RN license in state of Missouri
Valid CPR certification
Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
