Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking an RN to lead our Night Shift on a full-time basis. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, monitor care, document thoroughly, administer meds, and coordinate with physicians to ensure resident safety. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Ideal candidates hold Missouri RN license, BLS/CPR, and prior memory-care experience. This role features night differential pay and opportunities for leadership growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs.
• Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts.
• Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and facility policies.

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri


• Current BLS/CPR certification


• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred


• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience a plus


• Clinical judgment, clear communication, and a heart for senior care
