Job summary

Genesiscareers seeks an experienced RN for night shift in Milford, DE. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to residents, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Under supervision, you’ll supervise LPNs/CNAs, document meticulously in PCC, and participate in ongoing professional development and leadership tracks within a supportive, collaborative facility.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of licensure
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation in PCC EHR
