Polaris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Milford, Delaware is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for full-time shifts (3p-11p or 11p-7a). You will lead and mentor the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of resident care within a busy long-term care setting.

You will collaborate with families, manage physician orders, and oversee medication administration while supporting staff development and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN license required.
• 2–3 years RN Supervisor experience recommended.
• Knowledge of long-term care documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing team to ensure resident care.
• Promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Supervise and evaluate care each shift.
• Communicate with residents’ families and address concerns.
• Oversee IVs and other medications administration.
• Assist with admissions and discharges.
• Ensure safety through adherence to policies and procedures.
