Qualifications

• 1+ year of postpartum experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans continuously.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care among team members.
• Respond to emergency situations effectively.
