Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for night shifts (36 hours/week). Expect sign-on bonuses: Graduate Nurse $10,000 and Experienced Nurse $13,000. Units include ED/ICU/PCU/Med-Surg and Acute Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patients' care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
