Job summary

Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital in Rocky Mount, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time Night shift (with weekends on rotation) to support inpatient Med/Surg and ICU needs. The role covers CFMH-Rocky Mount and CRBH-Lexington, requiring coordination with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

You’ll assess and plan care, administer medications, document in EPIC, and advocate for patients and families while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program eligible to sit for VA licensure.
• Virginia RN licensure or eligibility required.
• AHA BLS-HCP required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on unit.
• Computer skills for electronic medical records (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and coordination for patients of all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Collaborate with the health care team to optimize outcomes.
