Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and advocate for patients.
• Educate patients and families; manage medications and treatments.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; participate in discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physician clinics and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
