Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire (unless ACLS/PALS already).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and family needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and patient status.
• Serve as patient advocate and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and participation in care.
• Communicate patient status and care plans clearly to other caregivers.
