Job summary

Pasadena Hospital Association is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to lead the Resource Center team on-site during night shifts at our Pasadena, CA location. You will coordinate resources, support executives, and ensure alignment with hospital goals.

The role requires an RN with a CA BRN license and BLS, plus 2+ years of clinical and 2+ years of management experience. Master’s degree is a plus; flexibility in hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• RN with CA BRN license and BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience and 2 years management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• MS Office skills at intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership, direction and resources to hospital staff.
• Liaise with Administrator On Call for organization-wide events.
