Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA seeks an Administrative Supervisor (RN) for the Resource Center. The role is part-time with night shifts and a 12-hour schedule, requiring RN licensure and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a BSN and at least 2 years of clinical and management experience, plus BLS certification. Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential for coordinating with leaders and administrators.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license (CA BRN).
• Current BLS from American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site leadership and direction to hospital staff and leaders.
• Coordinate with Administrator On Call for organization-wide events.
• Support mission, vision and values while achieving operational goals.
• Ensure flexible hours and shift coverage for nights and 12-hour shifts.
