Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to deliver specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns.

The RN will monitor respiratory support, thermoregulation and nutrition, administer medications, document infant responses, and support families throughout the NICU stay in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years NICU or pediatric critical care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous monitoring and care for premature and critically ill neonates.
• Manages respiratory support, including ventilators, CPAP, and oxygen therapy.
• Administers medications and IV therapy with precision dosing for neonatal patients.
• Supports thermoregulation, feeding, and developmental care needs of NICU infants.
• Educates and supports families throughout their infant's NICU stay.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and infant response in the medical record.

Job Summary

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (Required)
• Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) (Preferred)
