Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Chester, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate. You will implement assessments, evaluate plans, and collaborate with the care team to guide rehabilitation progress for our patient population.

On-boarding includes a 10-13 week orientation with a preceptor; the role offers tuition reimbursement, continuing education, a clinical ladder, student debt benefit, comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, generous PTO, and a 401(k) retirement plan

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities

• Initiating ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop a nursing care plan with identified problems, diagnoses, orders, interventions, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate rehabilitation goals.
