Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead neuroscience and stroke programs across the continuum of care.
• Monitor outcomes, performance measures, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accreditation readiness and maintain program documentation.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, physicians, leadership, and community.
