Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document assessments, plans, and interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and follow-up care.
