Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a qualified RN for a PRN role to support patient care across services. You will independently assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families, plan and implement interventions, and continuously evaluate outcomes to adjust care plans as needed.

In collaboration with the medical plan of care, you will provide safe, effective care while maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and promoting a high standard of patient

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current RN license from a Compact state.

• Independently assesses physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; evaluates effectiveness and adjusts the plan in a timely manner to provide safe and effective care.

What You'll Do

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.
