MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care Float Unit. The role offers 12-hour day shifts and a pay range of $50.74–$77.79 per hour with a $10,000 signing bonus for external hires.

Minimum requirements include 3+ years NICU/PICU experience, CA RN license, and BLS/NRP/PALS certifications. BSN preferred; accreditation from ACEN/CCNE is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of NICU or PICU nursing in an acute care hospital.
• California RN license required.
• Current CPR & AED certification (AHA).
• NRP and PALS certifications required.
• BSN degree required unless waived by governance.
• Graduation from ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, cost-effective patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver care in the Neonatal/Pediatric Critical Care Float Unit per standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
