Job summary

Qualifications

• NYS-licensed/registered RN required or eligible.

• CPR-BLS certification required by time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance and care coordination for neurology patients.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate transitions of care.
• Serve as liaison among patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
