Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience: Two years' work experience in neurosciences.
• Licensure/ Certification: IL Reg Nurse License, ACLS, ABNN, SCRN or ANVC, ASC-BC, CNRN certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Stroke navigator contributes to the local performance of stroke center requirements.
• Serves as a liaison between program requirements and hospital departments and educates Mission Partners on standards of care and documentation for stroke patients.
• Supports regional hospitals and maintains positive relations among physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• collaborates with the accreditation coordinator to implement programmatic standards of performance.
