Job summary

The role requires a BSN and at least 3 years of RN experience in inpatient or outpatient settings, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• BSN required with RN license in good standing in AZ.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nurse Navigator duties and guidance to patients.
• Educate patients on treatment options and coordinate care across providers.
• Act as central contact and ensure access to resources.
• Partner with vendors/clinical teams to maintain workflows.
• Oversee operations in absence of Practice Manager.
• Train new staff on EMR systems and processes.
