Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE is accepting applications for an experienced Registered Nurse at the Methodist Physicians Clinic - Professional Center. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the care team in an ambulatory setting.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years nursing experience, a current RN license, and strong communication and computer skills for patient education and care coordination.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license (compact multi-state if applicable).
• AHA/Red Cross BLS certification preferred or required within 3 months.
• OCN certification preferred within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care aligned with population criteria.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and prevention.
• Document care and communicate risks using standard procedures.
