Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient conditions and relay to providers.
• Prepare patients for examinations and provide education to patients and families.
• Assist with treatment, medication reconciliation, and lab/test coordination.
• Perform telephone triage and manage patient communications per protocol.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and accurate charting.
