Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN for a 12-week MS Tele assignment on the night shift in New York. You will provide bedside care to high-acuity patients, monitor telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience, an active NY RN license, BLS and ACLS, and are comfortable with dysrhythmia interpretation, rapid response protocols, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Use of rapid response and code teams.
• Care of patients with renal failure.
• Blood product administration and peripheral line care.

• Management of seizure disorders.
• Oxygen administration and non-invasive airway device management.
• Isolation precautions, PPE use, wound care and wound VAC management.

Description:Support a high-acuity patient population on the night shift in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Care for patients who are physically located within the Emergency Department, making adaptability especially valuable.The ideal candidate is comfortable with the following patient-care responsibilities:Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.Use of rapid response and code teams.Care of patients with renal failure.Blood product administration and peripheral line care.Medication management including heparin protocols.Management of seizure disorders.Oxygen administration and management of non-invasive airway devices.Isolation precautions and PPE, wound care, and wound vac management.Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate strong MS/Tele skills and the ability to care for patients in a fast-paced environment.RTO should be kept to a maximum of 5 days or less to be considered for the role.Traveler candidates must have necessary experience and licenses in hand before application.
