Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for ER Holding on the night shift to support a high-acuity patient population within a fast-paced Emergency Department. The 12-week assignment requires MS/Tele experience, active RN license and BLS, plus EPIC proficiency and strong telemetry skills to interpret dysrhythmias and support rapid response and code teams.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity MS/Tele patients in ED Holding.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, phlebotomy as needed.
• Support respiratory care, isolation precautions, PPE.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Description:Help support a high-acuity patient population on the night shift in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Seeking experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurses to care for patients in ED Holding.Nurses in this role will care for MS/Tele patients who are physically located within the Emergency Department.Adaptability, strong assessment skills, and confidence with telemetry are especially valuable.Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate strong MS/Tele skills.The ability to care for patients in a fast-paced ED Holding setting is critical.Candidates should have experience with cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and use of rapid response and code teams.Renal and genitourinary care, IV therapy and phlebotomy, medication management, and neurological and psychiatric care are also essential.Additional responsibilities include respiratory care, isolation precautions, PPE, wound care, and wound vac management.A maximum of 5 days of time-off is allowed for consideration.
