Description:This position requires a registered nurse with a specialty in medical-surgical and telemetry within the orthopedics unit.The nurse will work three 12-hour shifts per week during the night.The role includes working with patient ratios of 6:1 on nights.Candidates are expected to provide care for a diverse patient population with various orthopedic issues.The nurse must be able to float to other units as required.Pre-approved time off is limited, particularly during specific timeframes throughout the contract.Candidates should be familiar with Epic charting systems.Experience in telemetry and management of peripheral lines, oxygen administration, and use of rapid response teams is necessary.This role demands adaptability and teamwork within an interdisciplinary support framework.Candidates who have completed a year-long assignment are not eligible for rebooking.
