Cynet Health is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Ohio. The role involves 3 daytime 12-hour shifts, with a patient load of 1:5 (potential 1:6) and support from PT, respiratory, and pharmacy teams.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience, an active RN license (state or compact), ACLS and BLS certifications, and proficiency with telemetry and EPIC charting. Isolation precautions and IV initiation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Active state RN license or compact license accepted.
• ACLS and BLS certifications on file.

Responsabilités

• Provide care on Medical-Surgical unit during 3 daytime 12-hour shifts.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to telemetry alarms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physical therapy, respiratory, pharmacy).
• Maintain patient load of 1:5 (flex to 1:6 as needed).
• Deliver care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Description:This position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.The role involves working 3 twelve-hour shifts during the daytime.Every other weekend and every other holiday are required.Staffing typically includes a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 5 patients, with possible flexing to 1:6 if needed.Interdisciplinary support will be available from various services, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.This is an opportunity to provide care to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Candidates should have experience in telemetry.Charge experience is preferred.Experience in community hospitals and travel nursing is preferred.Candidates must meet all licensure and certification requirements.
