HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a compassionate Progressive Care RN for PRN as-needed shifts in the Mother-Baby unit. You will perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality maternity care.

The role emphasizes autonomous clinical decision-making, advocacy, and education for patients and families, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development within a top-tier healthcare system.

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• No Travel Required
• No experience Required Years of Experience

Responsabilidades

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively
• Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life threatening situations
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Job Summary and Qualifications - PRN As Needed - Mother Baby

We are seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments.In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously.You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
