Job summary

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Progressive Care RN to join our Mother-Baby team for FT night shifts. The RN provides close monitoring, autonomous clinical assessments, and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality perinatal care.

Must hold RN license with BLS within 30 days and NRP within 6 months; at least 1 year experience required. We offer comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities with no travel required.

Qualifications

• RN required and licensed to practice.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• No travel required.
• BLS and NRP within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively
• Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life threatening situations
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments.In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
