HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a Post-Partum RN to provide direct patient care to postpartum patients in a family-centered model. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support mothers and newborns, monitor progress, and prepare for discharge.

Formación

• Current Florida RN license or approved multistate license.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days.
• 1 year RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• ACLS (Spt) or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a Post-Partum RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to provide direct patient care to post-partum patients in a family centered approach. You will provide multidisciplinary obstetrical care to low and high risk postpartum patients and normal newborns. The RN monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.

In this role you will:

What qualifications you will need:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• 1 year of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred
• BSN is preferred
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
