Job summary

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a Progressive Care RN to join the MOTHER-BABY team. The role requires autonomous clinical assessment, close patient monitoring, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Candidates should have RN Diploma, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months; at least 1 year of RN experience; and no travel. Benefits and a comprehensive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• RN required with at least 1 year of neonatal/high-acuity care experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively
• Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life threatening situations
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
