Job summary

A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Mobile MDS Coordinator for skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. The ideal candidate must possess a valid RN license in Ohio and have at least 2 years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid. Key responsibilities include evaluating compliance, conducting facility visits, and consulting on reimbursement systems. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with Federal Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement system.
• Senior MDS experience and/or multi-facility MDS experience preferred.
• Must maintain current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate facility compliance to federal regulations.
• Weekly visits to facilities for intervention, audit, and training.
• Review resident clinical records for coverage and errors.
