Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Minimally Invasive PCU/IMU. The unit offers full-time day and night shifts, welcomes experienced RNs and new grads, and provides a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

The 28-bed PCU cares for post-operative and bariatric patients in a Magnet-certified environment. Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, planning, and collaboration with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree acceptable; bachelor's preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on post treatment home care and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents care plans with defined goals in coordination with the team.
