The role supports coordinated care with the ACT Team Leader, primary care, and specialists, including medication education and monitoring.

The RN will administer psychiatric medications, provide recovery-oriented services, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensure by the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing services with a psychiatric focus, including medication education and coordination with the ACT Team Leader and other disciplines.
• Monitors and coordinates care with Primary Care and Medical Specialists for chronic health conditions.
• Administers psychiatric medications, including injections, and tracks refills and injection due dates.
