Equiliem is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Rehab Unit. The RN will join a team with extensive experience and a collaborative spirit, focusing on high-quality patient care in a 16-bed unit.

The role requires working 7A-7P shifts, a rotating weekend schedule, and familiarity with EMR Meditech. Prior rehab exposure and CRRN are a plus; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS.

• Post-stroke patients.
• Surgical patients (neuro or ortho).
• Medical patients that need increased therapy.

We Are Seeking:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit. Unit Name: Inpatient Rehab Unit

Shift: 7A - 7P

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 16
• Number of Staff: 20
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge, 1-2 other RNs
  • Night Shift: 1 Point person, 1-2 other RNs
  • 1 LPN each shift if full at 15/16 patients
  • 1 PCT each shift if full at 15/16 patients
• Type of equipment: Welch Allens
• Documentation system: EMR - Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 3 12-hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend
• Floating policy: Any medical floor
• Patient Experience requirements: Rehab documentation knowledge is preferred

Requested Skill Set:

Must have:

• BLS

Advanced skills needed:

• ACLS or PALS - nice to have
• Basic Dysthymia class - nice to have

Procedures performed on unit:

• Post-stroke patients
• Surgical patients (neuro or ortho)
• Medical patients that need increased therapy

Certifications Required:

• Preferred CRRN certification

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color/Attire: Royal blue top and bottom and/or could have black scrub bottoms

Additional Information:

• Experience of staff for inpatient rehab unit is extensive. Average years of experience is around 20 years.
• Very engaged leadership, lots of resources for inpatient rehab services
