Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Charge RN for our MedSurg unit in Salem, OR. The role coordinates quality nursing care across birth through lifespan, supervises shifts, and supports staff with clinical guidance to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities include overseeing operational issues during shifts, delivering direct patient care as needed, communicating updates to leadership, and serving as a resource for staff troubleshooting and guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program (required)
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience (required), 2+ years preferred
• Valid RN license in the state or multistate license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced specialty certification (if applicable)
• Additional certifications: ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and Pediatric certifications as applicable
