Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a dedicated RN to provide quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, coordinating care and supporting staff on shift.

The role requires an active Georgia RN license (or multistate), current BCLS, and unit-specific specialty certifications such as ACLS/PALS. Minimum 1 year hospital experience; 2+ preferred. Strong communication and adaptability are essential to meet census-driven needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS are required, depending on unit. Emergency nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days if not already certified.
