You will oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, ensure standards compliance, and promote best practices in patient care, while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification required (within 30 days).
• Experience in nursing leadership or charge nurse role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extensive mobility tasks.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the hiring or a compact state
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc., may be required based on unit

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
