Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Charge RN for a full-time MedSurg role to coordinate high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and address shift operations while providing clinical care as needed.

You will lead and support staff, ensure safe patient care, and communicate concerns to leadership. RN license in Georgia and hospital nursing experience are required; related certifications may be required based on unit.

Qualifications

Role:

Charge RN, FT, MedSurg, responsible for coordinating high-quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, addressing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical care as needed.

Responsibilities:

Ensure delivery of safe, effective nursing care; communicate patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership; serve as a resource and guide for staff members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Active RN license in the state or multistate licensure required
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and specialty certifications as applicable
• Additional certifications necessary based on unit (e.g., PALS for pediatric care)

Strong clinical knowledge, communication, leadership, and resourcefulness to support staff and patient care needs.
