Job summary

Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical unit on the day shift. This 13-week contract requires 3x12 hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 with every-other-week weekend coverage, and uses Epic for documentation.

Job Description

The Medical Surgical unit at this beachside acute care hospital provides care for adult and geriatric patients. You will be responsible for managing patient care, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Daily census averages 12 patients, and the unit is fully supported by interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams. The documentation system used is Epic.

Responsibilities

Required Experience
