Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a full-time role on a 36-hour d/n rotation, including weekends and holidays. The position involves interpreting medical care plans, assessing clinical decisions, and ensuring safe nursing care across patient groups.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in MA with BSN strongly preferred and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience. Onsite at 267 Charles Street in Boston; base salary is hourly with comprehensive benefits.

Summary

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
